A gentle place to return to
What is Dear Today?
Dear Today was made for a dear friend of mine who is going through a difficult time. It is a diary for keeping the thoughts and small moments of your days, with the hope that one day you can look back and see the distance between how you once saw yourself and the person you have become.
This is a space to love yourself first, before anyone else. I hope it can be a gentle companion in your healing journey.
Your journal
Write whenever something is on your mind. Each piece stays private to you. Dear Today gathers the pieces into one day, keeps the time of day beside each one, and lets you revisit or revise your words without erasing where you began.
A distant space for two
This conversation space was placed here with care. It is where you can invite a lost lover, a loving friend, or someone you trust to help you through what you are feeling. This distant space is for healing with a little distance: letters arrive slowly, without exact timestamps.
Invite one person with your private link. Each of you keeps the same side of the conversation. A letter takes a hidden 12–45 minutes to arrive, with no read receipts, typing dots, or online status. Each person can send five thoughtful letters per day, with a new day beginning at 4:00am. Every letter can be revised twice, and earlier versions remain part of its story.
